Another in the endless parade of builds to examine
Nice build.
Good luck without stamina but I reckon regens have it easy as we only need one toggle. I still wanted it for the later attacks.
I'm not sure on the merits os Fast Healing and whether it is worth a power pick.
Mine is ( approximately )
1) Lunge
1) Hide
2) Barb swipe
4) Reconstruction
6) Assassin's Impaler
8) Hasten
10) Swift
12) Placate
14) Super Speed
16) Integration
18) Health
20) Stamina
22) Impale
24) Build Up
26) Ripper
28) Instant Healing or Dull Pain
30) Dull Pain or Instant Healing
32) Fast Healing or maybe a power pool ??
35) ?
38) ?
Obviously I haven't chosen the 28 or later powers yet.

Thanks for the feedback Unthing. I am thinking that Fast Healing is definitely worth while. At base levels it gives 75% on regen rate which on it's own reduces your 1hp-full time from 240 to 137. 3 slotted with equal level SOs it goes down further to 97. When combined with integration that drops further to 74 (both unslotted) and with both 3 slotted it is 49.
All that is basically a lot of semi-pointless numbers which for me suggest it is worth getting this power
I have no great delusions about being able to stand around in a fight for long or be a scranker or anything like that, but what I am aiming for here is a toon who can get in, do the damage and stand around for a bit to help take out some of the agro they have created. I don't have the DEF or RES to stand around and take the big hits, but I would rather not have to bug out and leave the brute and squishies to handle the agro I have just caused until I can sneak back in and annoy everyone again.
Also, I want as little enforced downtime due to healing as possible between fights, so by the time I have rehidden I want my health to have recovered as much as possible and for me to be ready for the next mob.

In my experience, at level 26 I can scrap fine without Fast Healing, using Integration ( 2SOs and a DO ) and Reconstruction. But then I have Health ( 40% rather than 75% ) instead as you can see.
If I'm against Bosses I have to scrap about half their health away. If I'm against just Minions in a team, rehiding is pretty pointless as the Brute or Masterminds hit them before I can. I only bother rehiding for Lts and higher.
As far as Fast Healing is concerned, I suppose it replaces 2 SOs in integration ( 3 with a SO ) that could be used for other things ( end reds ). However I doubt you will have slots for it for a while. It's starting to look more appealing. I guess its for the 32 level power then ( unless I respec and then it will replace Barb swipe ).

Another thing to bear in mind here is that since I am hoping to avoid stamina I won't have the boost to regen rate that you have from Health. I guess in an ideal workd both would be good to have, but since I have very limited slot space I think FH is the better of the 2 and doesn't have a prerequisite power, thus saving a slot.

Unthing, since you have a sspines/regen scrapper and a spines/regen stalker I figure you are in a pretty much perfect place to comment on the differences between Stalkers and Scrappers.
Care to comment? I would be fascinated to hear your thoughts on this.

Ok, Bad Skimpy (wow, what an imagination I have for names!), my level 20 Ninja Blade/Regen stalker is great fun to play, but only every really having played controllers and defenders before I have no clue on the melee side of things. I would appreciate any and all comments on the following build. Thus far I have:
1) Sting of the Wasp
1) Hide
2) Gamblers Cut
4) Reconstruction
6) Assassin's Blade (love the animation for this )
8) Build Up
10) Combat Jumping
12) Placte (I LOVE this power )
14) Super Jump
16) Integration
18) Dull Pain
20) Divine Avalanche (finally replaced Brawl in my attack chain )
This is as far as I've got so far. My basic plan for the next few levels is:
22) Fast Healing
24) Recall Friend (excellent for ghosting to the final fight of a mission)
26) Soaring Dragon
28) Instant Healing
As you can see, I am trying very hard to avoid Stamina as I feel there are just oo many very cool powers and so I will use end red enhancements to help with this problem. At least 2 in Integration, and at least one each in my attacks.
So, as I say, any comments or derision are welcomed.
