Golden Dragonfly failing to hit downed enemies at

I'm a Lv 33 Stalker Ninja Sword/Ninjitsu on the Union serever, and after getting GDF for the first time I must say I'm really impressed with this move, it does nice damage, and is wonderful back up for my AS. >=D

However, I notice whenever I perform the attack on a downed enemy it fails to record damage, or even a miss, I just do the animation and loose the end for it. Is this a bug, and has anyone else had this issue?
Also, I've yet to try this atatck on PvP to see if it has this major disfuction...

in pvp zones, accuracy is reduced by 50% i think, not sure but i know there is a chunk of % missing from pvp accuracy which means alot of people tend to miss often when in a fight.

with stalkers, they do tend to miss when hidden, which isnt good i know (but is good t whoever your about to cut in half) but its incredible when it does hit, there was an energy melee/regeneration stalker who took nearly all of the health off of commander beet during that bloody bay raid a lil while back, big owie. not sure about ninja sword through, ive heard theres a slight + to accuracy to all of the attacks in that set.. can anyone say yes or no? i was hit by a ninja/* stalkers in BB aswell, but it only took off just under half of my health, i dont know what attack they used.

I am the Blaster, I have filled the role of Tank, Controller and Defender

Its nothing to do with accuracy, there is a bug in PvP zones currently which means cone attacks cant hit moving targets, and Golden Dragonfly does have a thin long cone to it.

Gotta love the devs managing to spot these bugs before they go live, eh?

They've know about it in the US for a while now, apparently theres no ETA on a fix. Its really fun for my DM/DA Scrapper, who now has one attack when he exemps...

So it does happen in PvP, but more importantly it happens on PvE too.
