Do you have an IoP base?
Yup got one of those in the vault room.
Do you have an anchor in the vault?
We have the same thing, but as far as I can tell, the devs have not yet switched the mission "on" so it does not work yet...(from what I gather from reading the US boards).
Just a waiting game now...
We had that too in the beta, never figured out what was causing it. If nothing else works, I suggest you remove few rooms and try again. Also, make sure that raid teleporter is the same type (tech/arcane), than your mission computer/oracle.
ok will delete a bunch of stuff and replace it see what happens.
You were right max, deleted most of the base, then put it back. Now I just get the message "the dimensional paths are not in alignment". So just need to wait now untill it goes live.

I do wish a dev would answer this question. I'm having the same problem and no one seems to know what to do 
Max was spot on, deleted a bunch of stuff replaced it all, and presto all working fine now! Other than the RAID isn't there to be done atm.

was the IoP base one of the items you sold?
Did you replace it?
In beta I built a base capable of holding an IoP (in a small vault, only able to take 1 IoP), and placed a IoP base to put my IoP on, then was unable to actually place an IoP, and the base was counting as that rooms IoP capacity.
To paraphrase, the system seemed to count the IoP base as an actual IoP.
They may have fixed that now, or maybe not. I'd be interested to know.
When I removed the IoP base from the small vault, I could quite heppily put an actual, bonus giving IoP in.
Again, this was all in beta.
