Stenzer, my ill/rad controller, is lvl 19 at the mo, would be happy to help, also give a thought to joining SGs in the 1AT coalition, plenty of great players with toons at around that level who would be willing to team 
We're normally around between about 8 and 10pm on a weeknight (not all weeknights, depends on what else we're doing) and sometimes 6pm-10pm on a weekend (again depends on whether we're doing anything else).
Mostly we're doing missions for the steel canyon/skyway city contacts. Look out for us, we'd be glad to hear from you.

My partner and I have patrolled up to the heady heights of security level 17, and we're interested in partaking of some task force action (probably synapses first). We haven't regularly teamed with anyone, so...
