Salvage Explanation

Hi, we have now got our control, energy and workshop, but are wondering what exactly salvage does. I have used all the stuff I had to salvave at the workbench, and there was something about unlocking a computer for special missions. What else does the salvage do? Someone mentioned temp powers...

Does anyone have a more detailed explanation?

WEll I'm not sure, but i know you can built shirnes or something like taht (or howerver thay are called). That will increase you stats. Not sure with ones there all are i only know one and that is that all SG member earn more exp

Click on the workshop and it will show you a list of 'recipes' available on that worktable. Different (basic, advanced, expert) worktables let you create interesting stuff. For example you can upgrade your medical station or create a teleporter (which will enable you to jump to all zones - requires all badges for a zone). There are also lots of ways to improve defence of your base.

Can anyone answer if the telepads for tping to different zones (with the beacon badges) are built on the teleporter room or somewhere else? I hdidnt get chance to test this on beta.. What do you need to build a telepad btw?

for arcane base you need 6 arcane foci, each made from 3 bits of salvage.

Okay thanks, iirc the tech version would then be 6 tech power.
(tech power=arcane foci). Hum ,sorry about the little offtopic.
