I couldn't agree more... Even if it's just the same animation again... It's daft having it one way around and not the other...
You should also be able to shift between Nova and Dwarf without the intermediate drop to human too!

A form-drop animation would have some downside to it:
Ainamtion-time.
Happens from time to time that I face a Void in Dwarf and want to switch to human and use Quantum-Flight via my panic-button...
Animation into human might give the void the second shot needed to kill me... 
Am I the only one that would like to see at least SOME animation when your Kheldian changes from Nova or Dwarf form to Human? The transition to Nova and Dwarf is cool with the earth-shaking eruption of power, but the other way around? 'POIK!.. Human.'

Just seems like a bit of an anti-climax... I thought Khelds were meant to be powerful in ALL forms... :P
