Yes, there will be bases in coh as well, its just that you need to have your account upgraded with Cov to access them as far as I know(the pre-order doesnt seem to be enough..). I don't think its an issue with having the correct files(cov beta installed for instance)
Definitely isn't an issue of having the correct files. I have CoV (retail) installed from a friends disc but no code to play on. And it won't let me in the base. Could have sworn that at some point it said I would be able to enter the base but not expand it or something with no CoV code, but oh well. Have ordered CoV.
This may sound silly but check your SG privilages allow access to the base for you. SG leader gets to dictate who can enter.
can you make a base with only coh and not have cov? im asking beacuse i still have 8 hours(yawn) to download
