It's very rare that a set is less good than generic IOs. So here yes, Triple Numina (Heal, Heal/End, Heal/Rech) is better than 3 heal IOs.
6x slotting True Grit is even more awesome when you can spare the slots.
Going from 3 generic heal IO's to the Numinas Ehina listed would give you a tad bit more hp than you currently have. You lose 0.7% from True Grit itself but you gain 1.87% from the Numina set bonus

Hey all. On my MA/SD scrapper, I have True Grit slotted with 3 generic Heal IO's. This may be a dumb question, but I was wondering if it would be beneficial to (triple) slot a Numina set to get the +regen, +health bonus? Or would it all even out in the end?
