Epic Power Pools/Ancilliary Power Pools Necessary?

So I am nearing level 40 (okay I have a scrapper at 36 but I like to plan ahead) and none of the three epic power pools for scrappers looks particularly good. Are the epic power sets more powerful than other sets or are they just a way to round out your character a little more?

More specifically I have a Dual Blade / Regen Scrapper. Would I benefit more from say Body Mastery or just taking Leadership? Any ideas?

Needed, no. They're there to fill in possible holes - Scrappers, for instance, get a ranged attack and some utility, Controllers get ranged blasts and a little armor, etc.

Zhis. If they don't have things you feel like you need, picking up power pools you'd get more use out of is definately a better use of those slots.
