It basically looks like a big pink halo is surrounding your character. I'd use shell but it doesn't actually cross over your toon.

It looks awesome but it's pretty useless before level 50 : then you can slot a full Coercive Persuasion x6 in it and the set bonuses are pretty awesome.
I am trying to find the guide for Psychic Blast/Mental Control in the guides section, but the link is dead?
Also, does anyone happen to have a screenshot for the spell World of (Confusion?). I heard it looks awesome.
