I have a Thugs / Force Field Mastermind. I have enough powers space to take either the Leadership pool, or the Medicine pool, but not both. Note that I team about as often as I solo. Which do you think would be the more beneficial?

I say make room for both, but medicine over leadership. What's your current build look like?
