Some of these you've seen before: some are new. Bear with me.

1) What part of "Pirate Masterminds" don't you guys understand? You've got the costume pieces. There are comparable powersets for MMs. And yet we're stuck with only Ninjas in the great Pirate v Ninja debate. Shame!

2) Remove the AE buildings from the low-level zones. We're starting to run into Level 50 players who don't know where Kings Row and Steel Canyon are... again. Force incoming players to, you know, actually learn their zones.

3) Add new zones to CoV. Yes, there were complaints that Heroes had TOO many zones, mostly from the doubling of zones per every 10 levels (Atlas/Galaxy, Perez/Kings, Steel/Skyway, Talos/IP, Bricks/Founders). But Villains, sad to say, has too FEW. Consider that you added extra zones like the Hollows, Striga, and Croatoa that were slightly fun - and redesigned Faultline into a lot of fun - for Heroes: mostly stuff in the mid-to-high levels for more PvE game content. You can do like you did with Striga and Croatoa: create unique zones Villain-side with PvE content including an Eden or Sewer-like trial, Strike Forces like Hess or Katie, stuff like that.
I've got an idea right here: Arachnos Forces "liberate" a small coastal nation, and Villains can travel there to "assist" in "patrolling and securing" the new zone. But the real reason Arachnos is there is because the Circle of Thorns and Banished Pantheon are digging around for... something. Meanwhile, Arachnos being there means Longbow and Legacy Chain forces are about either to perform peacekeeping duties or leading an insurgency to drive Arachnos out. Levels for the zone would be 25-35, with 3-4 contacts leading up to a timed trial similar to the Sewer Trial with a Circle of Thorns Giant Monster being unleashed. How does that sound?

4) More Epics for Scrappers. I'm still seeing only three choices, and some Primary and Secondary Scrapper sets just aren't compatible to those three choices...

5) Cooperative Moonbase zone for both Heroes and Villains. C'mon guys, we've been waiting for a Moonbase for years!

6) Shard realms (with Strike Forces) for Villains. If Heroes can get 4 Shard realms (and TFs) as high-end content for the 40-50 crowd, so should the Villains. People get to 50 on their Villains and all they get to play in are Grandville, RWZ and Cim for any PvE stuff. I dunno about the PvP interest in Warburg and RV, but in the few visits I've made to those zones, at least in the servers I'm on... very little activity (except for OWW Stalkers OOWWWWW dammit I'm only here for the explo OWWWWW ration badges).

7) Open Restaurants and Bars. Add Inspiration vendors via bartenders. With new Inspirations with combined boosts such as Pizza slices (combo Acc/Dam boost), Milkshakes (combo Heal/End boost), Power drink (Travel speed boost), Coffee (combo Break Free/Recharge boost) and Rum (combo Heal/Resist Damage boost but with a minor +Disorient Self).

8) Another round of Double Prestige available for Super and Villain Groups. There's been new groups since the last 2xPrestige event that are struggling to add key elements such as telepads and workshops with enough storage bins to handle salvage, and they really need the Prestige boost to build more effective bases.

9) Seriously, Pirate Masterminds! PLEAAAAAASSSEEEE...

10) Calling Elvis, no wait Calling Posi/Calling Ghost Widow: A Veteran power that allows a character to Summon a named NPC Hero/AV. Positron or Ghost Widow will show up to aid you or your team on a vital matter for 2-3 minutes before heading back to their respective duties. You get one call per month.

How does that sound?

I would be pleased if just a re-costume/re-text of Thugs could become pirates. Even more pleased if they were scimitar-wielding, flintlock-firing so-and-so's. Even more pleased if they were partly ghost, partly zombie.

I would really like to see CoV get it's 'ghostly' zone, a bit of DA and Croatoa mixed together.

This would be a good place to put some pistol or rifle action on a scrapper. Low powered, natch, but a little range for scrappers who don't care to shoot eyebeams or big energy conicals.

This would be kind of cool. Also a good way to laugh in Jack's "CO lets you go everywhere!" statement. Chop-chop!

Was the Shard issue 3? It could sure use some updating. Having it seperate between two sides (with a PvP side in between) might be just the thing it needs.

I like the idea of being sold simple buffs, especially if instead of inspirations, these buffs force an animation (so you actually see your hero drink the coffee). I would recommend these buffs be purchased with Reward Merits at a low cost (say, 1 Merit/2 hour in-game effect).

I'd rather they add a lot more to bases first before they do this. There's a lot of stuff... and I mean, obvious cosmetic stuff, that keeps getting put off. (Like a ceiling 'sky door' for Longbow Jets and Arachnos Flyers... doesn't have to animate (and won't ever open, but it just LOOKS cool to have it. Or, say, runway lights for that same door.)

I'm not sure I like that, because you shouldn't be able to summon a powerhouse like that from your pocket... that should be you joining their mission already in progress.

How about instead, an Accolade (requiring all the Mayhems/Safeguards plus the Day Job Accolades) that gives a Gang War effect with PPD and RIP, and is replenishable with time spent at the Day Job locations?
