I have a defeat all mission that should be 1- 52. There is a custom boss, some hostages which become allies, and some glowies.
I went in with a team expecting the mission to scale everyone up to lvl 50 since we were all different levels but it didn't. The critters were lvl 34. How do I get the mission to scale everyone up to 50?

You make the minimum level 50. Auto SK only brings people up to the minimum level for the arc.
