I've read this on the forums myself. That to me makes them fairly valuable as well...
Very very valuable. And for some of the procs, it means you can bid on any level (that you can still slot) of them without worry.

I can't remember where I read it, but I think I saw somewhere that PvP IO's act like purples in regards to exemplaring/malfactoring (meaning that you won't lose the set bonuses for exemping to more than 3 levels below the IO).
Can anyone confirm this for me?
