Laptop stuck on loading screen

First, post a log from running CoH Helper as it will give information about your system and the CoH installation and settings.
Then, post a log from running HijackThis. This will show what else is going on on your computer while you are playing CoH.
We need the information from those two in order to not just be throwing out random guesses.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I didn't want to get lost in another post on this issue as his problem was solved mine is not. I have the same issue as the other and I believe it is a skinner program that might be the cause of it. However I do not know how to find the skinner program in order to make ti exclude CoH.
I have windows vista home prem sp2 64, and I just got the laptop today brand new.
What happens is I get pass the updater, get to the loading screen then it stops I can't get to the login screen. I hope someone can help me with this issue, thanks.
