yeah, but it seems All the maps except for the first one have been hit with a Ritki invasion all thier own. It's either bugged to heck or somethin is up...

If the invasion did overlap to AE, then I would argue the exact opposite - the developers are very much doing interesting things!
I never quite understood how the devs "protected" DC arcs from being invalidated when changes were made. My guess is they flubbed it somehow and the faction got changed unintentionally.

yeah it seems that way, however I highly doubt they removed the Circle of Thorns group from the AE and replaced em with Ritki... it seems... odd really
Removing an item from a list can cause indices get get screwed up by virtue of the list now containing a hole. If I had to guess that'd be where I'd look. Of course, I have no access to the code so this is a total wild guess.

Well I do know the mito farms got swapped with mobs that said "Invalid grop" I'm sure it meant "Invalid Group" but thats typonese for yah on a quick fix to fix the mito farms, but this one switched from Circle of Thorns very clearly to Ritki.... I'm gonna play some more devs "choice" ones and see what other errors I could find. (not only the typonese and spelling and grammar in this one as well.)
Hmmmm... I decided to try that arc just now and I see absolutely nothing, and I mean zero, zilch, zip, nada about the second mission that in any way indicates CoT. In fact the only faction mentioned is Rikti. I'll keep playing in a bit and look for further clues.

Ok, it is in the clues in the second mission. The cauldron clue says you stopped the CoT mystics and the Doctor Creed clues says "That still doesn't explain all the wizards."
It was a really well written arc with great dialogue too. It's too bad that it was made a devs choice before the bugs were ironed out. An arc should never be made a devs choice until all the obvious (and I mean extremely blatantly unbelievably obvious) problems have been cleaned up.

Hmm... Rikti invading random missions - This gives me an idea for a storyline.

concerning ARC ID 1005 being devs choice... someone was not paying attention to the fact the second mission has Ritki instead of the Circle of thorns.... all clues and such point to the Circle of thorns yet all I see are Ritki chanting spells and such o.O Someone take a look and verify that I'm not losing my mind?
Confirmed on my end, its a full scale Ritki Invasion in this Arc... and its not part of the story...
