I think the main difference between those though, is that one depends specifically on the character, and the other (store) depends only on your account. It might be better to just shunt the user to a generic page WITH those options on it, instead of directly to either, though.

I was thinking the other night...
Could the buttons for 'Purchase Server Transfer' and 'Purchase Character Rename' be removed from the main Character screen, and added to the 'Store', along with their price? I was thinking about renaming one of my characters, but I don't remember the price.
