Hola senor! Regeneration benefits a lot from recharge and defense bonuses. In this build I have made I have tried to focus on keeping superior enhancements out to keep cost down but I have given you a good amount of defense and recharge. Unfortunately I didn't include Hasten but you could replace Maneuvers with Hasten. Over all it should probably cost you around 600 million influence for this build but could be significantly lower if you buy your luck of the gambler: increased recharge/defense enhancements with merits. You picked up quite a bit of recharge, that's good.

Generally speaking, don't six slot purple sets, Crushing Impact or Doctored Wounds. Use five of them, and then plug in something else for the sixth slot.

Parry should be slotted as an attack or mostly as an attack. Pick up defense bonuses and power pool defenses to get you back to the soft cap (45% defense). I recommend the Fighting Pool. To power them, add Performance Shifter procs to Quick Recovery and Stamina.

You should grab Quick Recovery before Stamina. It's the better power.

Probably not worth so many slots in Combat Jumping.

Grab a Kismet unique.

Conserve Power should be slotted for recharge, not endurance reduction.

Pick up the endurance and hit point accolades.

There is a rule that is called the rule of 5, it says that you cannot have 5 of the same type of bonus. In your case you had 1 extra of a 5% recharge bonus that was going to waste.

Dull Pain not only boosts your maximum hit points but acts like a huge 800+ heal. It needs slots.

Also for future reference make sure to slot the Healing unique procs: Numina, Miracle, Regenerative Tissue, into an auto power so they will constantly fire off other wise if you slot it into a click it will only have a percentage to fire off whenever you click that.

In PvP no one has status protection so you'll also want to focus on status reduction bonuses.

@ Santorican: Quick question on Stamina and Quick Recovery: You have a double and triple slotted. The only mod that works is EndMod, the recharge and Acc are wasted.

Wouldn't better slotting for both powers be EndMod, EndMod/Rch, Proc?

Considering the three piece set bonus is a mostly redundant +hp bonus (cuz you're */regen), you're best bet is to go PS: Proc, PS: EndMod, Common EndMod. For Stamina, if it's being slotted less, start removing from the right (so that 2 slots would be PS: Proc and PS: EndMod).
