In Middle East in military, European Account

How the heck do I make a European account????

I go to the eu.ncsoft.com page and hit the account tab and it takes me to the us. Make an account and get the city of heroes trial and guess what, works on US servers only.

What the heck, really need some help.

I think you may need a EU subscription code to access the EU servers.
Did you set up your acct. in the US or overseas?
