Oh heck no, I had to use Custom to take Speed Boost away because the first thing the critter always did was SB the entire spawn and when they decided to run they didn't just run to the next room, they ran clear across the map.
The only way that critter would not be using SB is if you're playing the arc at a level below that which critters gain access to that power.

Right there. I don't know when SB is available to secondaries anymore, but if you're operating below that level, it's a no-show.

Aww ok I was testing it on a lvl 12 toon so that I guess was the problem.
According to my critter power lists Speed Boost is only used by MA critters at level 12 and above.
But anyways, be careful with that power. If you want a speed buff that is not nearly so insane consider Accelerate Metabolism from Radiation Emission.

No I meant Speed boost. Siphon speed has a to hit check and can miss. I don't want them sucking my speed(well if they can w/e)I want them all boosting each other up like its going out of style.
I recently made a story where the enemy have kinetics as their secondary and I have it set to hard so they have most of their powers. How ever one power they never use is speed boost. I kinda need them to use it so they can zip around fast as it's part of who they are but just never seem to.
I tried putting it it on custom settings so I can pick what powers they have but no difference. Anyone have any ideas of how I could make them use speed boost?
