A few people might disagree with me but on a low level toon i'ld just roll bronze rolls + salvages.
Theres quite a few good bronze rolls [KB protection as an example] and as a low level its best to slot yourself up with them all. Silver/gold rolls only get decent from mid to high levels imo.
Bronze>Gold (if you have the time to wade thru the chaff)
Bronze >>>> Silver
Avoid the 30 lvl since it overlaps and has a LOT of chaff. 35-40 seems to be a nice sweet spot.
Don't be afraid to delete recipies that are junk
Keep rolling until your recipes are filled with GOOD items.
Try that and see what you think.

I agree, I get all gold recipes 35-40 & it is a sweet spot. Yesterday I got 3 luck of the gambler + recharge & a numina's +regen/recovery, you do get some junk recipes but it's like playing slot's I like it. 
It's the best level range for gold recipes for sure.

Do you set the level slider down to 40 or 39 and roll the 35-40 gold roll? or do you just get lvl 50 versions of the LotGs and Numina's?

You'll always get the recipe at your level, or the closest level to yours if you're above or below the level range of the recipe.
The slider is just used to control the display of the available items in the selection list. It doesn't affect the outcome of the roll.

To a high level toon, the 'junk' that you might just want to delete could be a bonanza for a lowbie to sell to a vendor. Rather than delete, share the wealth. The lowbies will love you long time.

I was trying to find a guide relating to tickets within the MA system, I have a level 25 that is getting close to the ticket cap(around 8000 right now i think) I was wondering what the best thing to spend it on would be
I know for my level 50 setting the level to 39 and getting the gold class recipe is the most lucrative, but I do not know what to do for lower level toons
Also is there a good "ticket use" guide? Thanks in advance
also it takes a long time for me to get tickets because I go back and forth between AE and regular game, so I dont come up up with a lot of tickets very often which is why I want to know the best way to spend them..
