During the event, common IO's will sell for ridiculous prices.
During and after, almost anything that normally makes money will make around twice as much.
I'm not doing much differently.

I was thinking about Thunderstrikes and Crushing Impacts being as they are in high supply due to Tickets, but if AE is not double xp then AE people will be out doing normal stuff so these would be rarer again during the event and a little after... Do you think I am far off?
Or Doctored Wounds, or Titanium Coatings?
Actually I make money off of all of those right now. Would be interesting if they *did* grow more rare... and you had a nice supply of them.
But I have no idea on your theory. I guess if people spent the 2x exp weekend outside of AE, ALL recipes might suddenly grow a bit more rare... and salvage would dip in price a bit?
