Are you using the Splash Randomizer short-cut to start CoH or the original CoH short-cut?
The installation should have put two Randomizer shortcuts in the Start Menu, one for heroes and one for villains. You can copy them to your desktop, rename them and change the icon.

So I went ahead and got the CoH Splasher program. I saw that it had a randomizer for login screens, and I thought that would be really cool to use. I gathered my best screenshots from the game, and put them into one folder. I told the CoH Splasher to use all pictures in that folder for the Hero Login screen, and it went through processing the pictures. So, after all that was done, I went to go try it out!
...And it doesn't work?!
I've been trying to fix this for a while now, but I just can't get the infernal program to do its job! Anybody know how to get the randomizer to work?
