You can do any of these solo. You select one time to go for, and you get that time's badge specifically if you successfully complete it. Number of kills work the same way. Redside, Kalinda's Welcome to Arachnos arc is great for the medal badges.

I could do them solo, except that I'm a blaster. Sure I can take enemies down fast, but healing is not something I can do. I give damage and take it fairly well. Having some to back up my destruction of things is always helpful 
I'm primarily concerned with doing this Blueside, but thanks for the offer, @Dark Epitaph. If I change my mind and decide to do badge hunting redside I will definitely send a tell.
I would say I would help out, but not sure if a lvl 36 blaster would be what you want behind you waiting to blow something up.

Dark Friar, I got all my flashback badges solo on my blaster. It can be done. some tips,
- pick story arc that take place all in 1 zone - striga, Faultline, Croatoa and RWZ are great for this.
- up to the lvl 40-45 and 45-50, you can get all the badge in 3 rounds of a story arc
- it's ok to set to heroic. you're not getting exp, and you want the badge, why make it harder.
- IMHO, the 40-45 badges are the hardest to get. Maybe it was because there is no "1 zone" story arcs.
- smaller teams are easier than big. your blaster with a tank, or troller, would breeze through them.

Good info in this. Stuff I was looking for. And I was planning on Heroic anyways... for the exact reason. It's badging, not exping.
And that's exactly what I was thinking, a small team to make small spawns but would allow for quickly defeating them.
I'm also going to have to research arcs to make sure I'm not getting a defeat all (when trying to do speed) and hopefully have someone who can help stealth for those.
Those are my main concerns.

You can do them alone. I've got most of the Oro badges myself, including All For One, and have soloed every mish (using an NRG / Fire blaster).
Generally I tend to go for three badges in a single--two days ago I did an arc with only AT powers, player debuff and no inspirations all at the same time. It is very very doable. All of them.
I hate 'no enhancements'...much tougher. Still doable though. If you want a real challenge...enemies buffed + player debuff + only AT powers. Whoo.
I realize that having been gone for a while, I missed the major train of people doing these for the badges. I'm wondering if anyone is interested in doing a couple of these this weekend however.
Specifically what I'm looking to get taken care of are
All For One, One For All : Complete a Flashback arc with zero defeats
Gold Medalist : Complete a Flashback arc in under 30 minutes
I also have a few questions on these aside from looking for some assistance.
Silver and Bronze medals awarded when you get Gold?
Likewise same question with defeat related badges.
Also are there recommended arcs that naturally lend themselves to completing the goals easily?
Answers on questions or any takers for this Sunday for doing some Ouroboros badges?
(PERC people, if you wanted to set this up as a normal weekly/bi-weekly event, I'd be glad to let you take it over and perhaps help in organizing it.)
