It's been bugged much longer than that.
At least it's in the live Known Issues list: http://www.cityofheroes.com/news/kno...wn_issues.html
That means that it's on their to-do list. But actually prioritizing it, finding out what's causing it, finding a solution may take a while.

It's spreading to other parts of Ouroboros. The other problems don't PREVENT the missions, but several villain contacts no longer have their badge missions split out from their normal ones and the normal ones don't go in order.
Just delete it from list and add another.
Almost 4 months now and still no fix for lvl 34-39, Organ Grinder mish. Finish 1st mish and no option to select next mish pops up.
