Also, I am looking at doing a second build for AV soloing/ RWZ challenge, Pylon Challenge, etc. Any suggestions on how to go about constructing the second build? Thanks.

Lets see your Defense number are

Melee 50.4%
Ranged 49.5%
AoE 36%

So two of your defense numbers are over the soft cap, which is 45%. The soft capped is what you want to aim for with /SR. It will flood the to hit of most foes. With /SR you don't need to go much over so it will be fine at 45%-47%.

Swap out the Obliteration set in Dragon's Tail with a Scirocco's Dervish set of 5. Take the extra slot and put it in Super Jump.

Find another slot from somewhere (Shuriken maybe?) and put that in Super Jump as well. Fill the 3 slots you now have in Super Jump with another set of Zephyrs and you should be at around 43% to AoE, while still being at 46%+ to melee.

You should take the LotG def/rech out of Evasion and Focused Fighting. They're not adding anything but recharge (not worthwhile) and a smidge of defense because of ED, unless your LotGs are below ~lvl 34. The +rech actually adds defense, too. Voila, two slots.

I'd swap the five slots in Caltrops--unless you really use it every time it recharges--for Gaussian's in Focus Chi. Every set bonus in Gaussian's is worthwhile (2.5% to all positional def), Focus Chi recharges 8 seconds faster, and you could probably frankenslot Eagle's Claw to up the recharge/end redux. You could also then drop a slot from one of the Red Fortunes and do, uh, something with it.
