To be honest idk what im doing wrong but when i play the toon it just doesnt feel as up to snuff as it should be. with the exception of single target debuffing, he seems to be way to squishy and lacking in damage from what ive read about on the forums from everyone else. So i figured id post my build up for a little feedback. this is his current slotting and i slotted for recharge mainly because i didnt really know what else to slot for and that seemed like a good place to start.

Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.

way to squishy

Your solo build should have both Shockwave and Siren's Song. Mutation and Fallout are easy power drops to make room. I'd squeeze at least one of the two into your teaming build as well. Fitness pool is possibly droppable to make room.

and lacking in damage

Definitely too many skipped secondaries. Shockwave's damage is decent, just find a way to use the knockback to your advantage. Not tough, since hit targets get knocked away from you equally in one neat pile, instead of maybe-so-maybe-no a la Energy Blasting.
