IO set bonuses..work for diff lvl enhancements?

You'll get the Set Bonus when you are at Combat Level 47 or above.
Basically, count up the number of IOs in the Set that would be slottable (i.e. no more than 3 levels above you) at your Combat Level and that's the number of IOs counted towards Set Bonuses (Purples and PvP Sets are excepted from this).

Thank you very much, that was exactly what I wanted to know.
I apologize in advance if this question has been addressed elsewhere....if it has, I have not seen it after much searching. My specific question is if set bonuses will work for different levels of enhancements in the same set. Example: if I have a lvl 48 Numina Heal and a lvl 50 Numina Heal/Recharge in the same power, will I still get the 12% regen set bonus, or am I out of luck (and lots of Inf)? I would appreciate any insight into this. Thanks in advance.
