Yes. Neuron and Anti-Matter's bots are referred to as strange clockwork.

"The Clockwork who were trying to accelerate time were silver? Not blue, like Anti-Matter's?"
Now that I think about it even Anti-Matter's and Neuron's bot's bios said they were based on the Clockwork bots.
edit: misremembered. The only mention of Clockwork is in the Nuon's bio and only mentions their similarity to Primal Earth's Clockwork.
Also, Anti-Matter's info says "He and Neuron were once the best of friends and created the Clockwork of Praetorian Earth together."
Does CoX currently have Praetorian Clockwork? We have Psychic Clockwork, but they're not from Praetoria.
I'm asking because of a few pieces of invention salvage on the Market, which aren't in-game yet:
