Those are destroyable Superadine Labs. They appear on the destroyable objects menu.
They are AFAIK the only buffing objects available. I don't think you can add the Oranbega crystals to a mission.

Yeah, I used to use altars to heal one side in a battle to help them win for story purposes but now... whatever 
I played arc 177370, and it had carts spaced throughout the mission that applied the recovery aura buff from the empathy powerset. I tried to make a mission to duplicate that and have had no luck finding the item. Any suggestions?
