[PvP] What ancillary pool would best fit a /Regen?

A friend of mine told me to go with Dark Blast and Shadow Meld(along with PS) b/c Neeto is kinda annoying around in RV, using his bubble, but I just wanted to see what would be the best choice. (If there isn't any replies, I'd probably go with what the friend said or maybe Mako =x)

I am not a RPer that PvP, but I do like to match my primary with my PPP. I currently have a Elec/WP/Mu and a DM/EA/Soul stalkers and so far I like the Soul mastery the most. I seen lots of stalkers get Mako for sharks and Hibernate; however I rather get Phase shift as an escape.
lvl 50 - Elec/WP/Mu Mastery Stalker, lvl 50 - Dark/EA/Soul Mastery Stalker, lvl 50 - EM/Nin/Soul Mastery Stalker
New Toons
lvl 21 - StJ/WP Stalker
Go Phase + Shadow Meld. Shadow Meld is kinda like a second MoG (without the resists or repel protection).

I would suggest going PS/SM for almost every1, Invisibility when used right can be a life saver Hide+Invis can't be suppressed by anything besides damage and its only like 40 lower then Hide+stealth+IO. Just another tid bit to throw out there.
Soul storm is awesome 2 btw :P
