Character copy tool not working

Anyone else getting errors when trying to access the character copy tool for Test?

I can access it, and I can log in. But after I enter my details, it says, "You are now logged in", yet the Log In link is still there. There's also no option to pick a server, so I can't acutally copy any characters over.

If I leave the page, and then come back, the Log In info appears again, waiting for me to enter my credentials.

Yup. They bork'd the copy tool again.
