Spines/Fire vs Spines/Ninjitsu

Hey guys.

I've been running a spines/fire scrapper for a while now (lvl 48) and love the massive AoE-goodness. I was looking for a villain that would be close to it. I thought about brutes and doms then realized Stalkers have spines! That should work.

Now the question is, am I correct in my thinking here? That a spines/nin is close to a spines/fire? Or do I need to look at brutes and/or doms for the goodness I seek redside?

The lack of a damage aura will probably always leave Stalkers behind Brutes as far as AoE goes. Elec/Nin and Spines/Nin are two Stalker builds that do very good AoE. I don't think they'll hold up to a SS/Fire Brute though. If you're trying to go for the max AoE damage possible, SS/Fire is still the king red-side. If you just want strong AoE there are a lot of builds to choose from.

Really? SS/Fire?

I thought the fact that it only has one AoE would prevent it from being on top.

Looks like more than one to me.
