Resichman isn't in MA that I'm aware of. The only version of him that would be available is the Invincible Reichsman which is an AV and no EB version. It's not a suitable version for normal PvE missions.

If so where? I didn't see him under 5th column, or Axis Amerika, or as an unlockable for that matter.
