Adjust levels on standard enemies for MA?

I've been thinking, for some enemies it would be nice if there was a version of them for the MA that can be higher level then usual if they're used in custom groups. There are lots of enemies that go up to level 45 and then dissapear. I'm sure this is mainly for story purposes(Like CoT demon bosses dissapear because the wizards are in charge), because it's not like there is a big diference in what you're capable of at level 45 and what you're capable of at 50.

I think this would be especially helpful for making custom groups with the changes we're going to be able to make to standard enemies soon. I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants a high level enemy group that can have a Succubus all the way to level 54 or Crey's Field Agents both of which only go to level 45.

I also think it would be nice if some AVs were able to go to higher levels, rather then being restricted to only fit the level range of the story arc they are normally in. An example, how about Nosferatu. Doesn't it seem silly that regular vampires can go all the way to 54 but the biggest baddest vampire of the lot caps at level 40? Heck, I kinda wish Possessed Duke Modrogor could go to level 54, it almost seems silly being capped at 47.

Now I'm not suggesting we be able to use level 50 Hellions, that would be silly since they're clearly not set up to handle enemies at that level, but when they're only 5 levels away from the max then clearly they're not gonna suddenly be a cakewalk if you fight a higher level version of them.
