Pacifist - Ally will not attack, but CAN BE attaked by MOBs and defeated (which can cause a mission failure).
Non-Combat - Ally will not attack, and can not be attacked at all by MOBs.
(Click the small '?" in MA to get a windw that tells you what some things do/mean).
