I can only figure out about 25-28% for my build, and that's more than I'm comfortable with stripping from attack.

Hey fellas,
I'm kickin' around the idea of starting up a fire/stone brute and I was hoping I could get a few IO set/build suggestions that would put him @ defense cap. I've played around in mids for a bit and I can't seem to monkey a good combo that feels right to me and puts me in the 40%+ range [need to hit 45% defense for the soft cap, yeah?].
I don't really mind forsaking offense, I'm really just lookin' to build the ultimate one sided damage sponge. I'll probably have kinetics following me around all the time as well, if that's a factor but I would be interested in looking at the differences in some sets built to be self contained [without forgoing any core tanking prowess].
