All downloads and updates come from one source, they haven't put in a mirror.
Maybe try Steam, but I think it just goes through NC anyway.

This question comes up every now and then for some random people. I don't know what the answer is, but it should be in the Technical Issues and Bugs section of the Forums. Try looking in the "++ Common Solutions & Posting Guidelines ++" post first.

Right click on your desktop shortcut to the updater. Then choose properties. Under target it probably looks like this
"C:\Program Files\City of Heroes\CohUpdater.exe"
Change it to look like this
"C:\Program Files\City of Heroes\CohUpdater.exe" -port 13094
Notice, there is a space before -port 13094, and that addition goes outside the quotes.

Is the anyway to download updates without using The COH Updater as my COH Updater is only getting 5k a sec where as if i can download it from else where i can hit up to 200k a second. Can anyone please help?
