One quick question, please. Is this a high-level respec build, or are you looking for a leveling build? No, I take that back - this is clearly a Respec build, it doesn't have the necessary tools for lower-level success.
I would de-prioritize Boxing and Resist Elements, picking up Blinding Feint, Unyielding and Super Jump earlier. If you're really willing to hold off on Stamina until level 24, then there are Lots of things that can be given priority, otherwise the whole Fitness pool can drop into higher-priority slots.
With Tough at 26, you don't 'need' Boxing until 24 and I would switch priorities between Resist Elements and Resist Energies. Having ResEn before 30 will bring it up just in time to help with Carnies and Malta.
This list represents my own plans and a Leveling build, but you could use it as a basis for creating your Respec build, simply by switching out Power Slice and Nimble Slash.

No, it's not a leveling up build and it is a Respec build. I'm in the process of leveling this toon up while using SOs and eventually regular IOs and I make those builds in process of leveling. There's also more to my ways of building toons for me in this game, but don't feel like going into it because it's weird.
Here's what I'd change for general play :
Unless you'd like to keep Stealth for concept, I'd replace it with Conserve Power. It does wonder about your endurance management, allowing you to switch the Impervium sets for Aegis sets and significantly increase your fire/cold def. As for the stealth part, with a stealth IO in sprint you can have the same effect (save for the 2% defboost and lotg).
The Kinetic Combat proc in Vengeful Slice is, in my opinion, useless. When it procs, it turns VS' knockdown into a knockback, which isn't much better in terms of mitigation and will force you to run after your target.
Ablating Strike could use the Achilles Heel -res proc. It's a great boost to the offensive capabilities of your whole team against EBs, AVs and GMs.
BF is underslotted if you're planning to chain the AV combo.
The two additional slots spent in Power Slice could be used for a Zephyr set in CJ, replacing one LoTG as well. It'd give a bigger bonus to energy and additional F/C defense.
As for AV soloing :
If you're willing to use inspirations, the only thing you'd need (well, not "need" per se, but really, really want to) change for the task would be Blinding Feint's slotting.
Without inspirations, I believe it'd take lots of changes to have a decent success rate against anything non S/L ; most if not all of the advice above, additional slots in Health, possibly Aid Self and Conserve Power (hence dropping three powers).
I bring this build for the next sacrifice to the scrapper gods on these forums.
I'm not looking to outright solo AVs(although the thought intrigues me), but I want to be able to hold my own on an AV with somewhat of a team backing me. I'm looking to be able to take alphas and if I feel like wandering I'll be able to hold my own.
Now, if I am close to being able to solo some AVs without having to revamp a whole lot, then maybe a little advice on that.
