we ll, ima tell you right now..my spine/regen cost me over a billion. do a search for a build using the search engine, you will find many posted by me as well as others. for that amount, youll get some +rech, but not even sure if youll be perma DP for that amount, i cant remember.
I dont think spines is worth it anymore. Impale and throw spines got nerfed. Ripper is an aoe so it does as much dmg as barb swipe.
If you've already got a Spines, I'd keep at it, but if you're just starting out a new Scrapper I'd go with BS or Fire.

So I just got a spine/regen to 50 and I've always had this crazy thought a /regen should be slotted for +recharge...But I have no idea if this is right or not. If someone could post a good pvp build for this that'd be great, I'm looking for a build between 250-350mil. If it's going to be more expensive that's fine, I'd appreciate if you'd tell me by how much though. Anyways ty for the help.
