Apple script for dual display arrangement?
I've never really tried anything like that...
You did know you can push the windowed CoH off the main screen (with the menu bar) and onto the secondary one didn't you?
Also I haven't tried it, but supposedly you can assign different "spaces" to different displays, and also different applications to different "spaces". So theoretically that way you can trick the Mac into always launching CoH on one particular display.

Hi CuppaManga,
Moving it off the main screen is basically what I am doing, because on the main screen you loose the extra space for the Apple menu.
But for all my work the Dell monitor is the main screen, whereas to play COH I need the MBP display to be the main screen. It's a pretty simple switch...open System Pref. --> Displays --> Arrangement --> move the Apple menu bar, but it's involved enough that a little script would be handy.
I'll look into the Spaces feature as well.
Thanks
I recently added an external monitor to my MBP...(a 24" Dell (2408WFP)...aside from the extra cost the 24" Cinema Display was not an option due to that stupid Mini DisplayPort (only DVI on my MPB)).
Anyway, love the set-up (aside from some color calibration issue with the Dell), but I find that I end up switching the Apple menu bar manually from one display to the other when I am playing COH in windowed mode, and was wondering if that is something that an Apple script could do instead?
Here's the set-up. The Dell is my main display with the Apple menu at the top. If I start the game before making the MPB screen the main display and go into windowed mode, I end up loosing space for the window bar at the top (any idea how to turn that off?) AND for the Apple menu. So I usually switch the main display to the MBP screen before I start the game and move the COH window over to the Dell monitor. That way I only loose the space for the window bar, but not for the Apple menu bar.
What I'd like is to have a scripted shortcut that will switch the main display from the Dell to the MPB display without me having to go into System Preferences. Sadly I have no idea about Apple scripts, so before I dive in I figured I'd check here if anyone has a suggestion.
Thanks.
