Yeah, I can definitely see how rad's -tohit makes things considerably slower - I have been pretty much trying to decide which one of these two builds I want to dump all my inf into (I have both builds, not to level fifty, the rad to 25 and the cold to 17) but I've been going back and forth as well as considering cold/son (seems like a sweet combo), I'm just thinking that besides soloing AVs, cold/ice might be more fun overall just because of the two blaster damage level rains (and I'm wondering if when soloing AVs, throwing the rains into an attack chain would increase DPS, it seems pretty easy to use blizzard relatively regularly since popping a blue and using heatloss can help keep the blasting up during the -recovery from it).
I appreciate all the input though - both builds seem pretty fun so far and I may just slot my cold/ice to the gills and see if I'd be able to solo an AV (I'm not sure if it's been done before, though I wouldn't doubt if it has).
