Veteran Reward not issued?

Per the GMotD in-game - there is a known issue with the awarding of Vet Rewards and some other items such as the Jetpack from GvsE.

Anyone else have this happend? My account has never lapsed and received my last veteran reward on 3/18 yet I didn't get my 60 month badge on 6/18. Now my account is showing I won't get it until July yet the billing history shows I've paid for every month this year.
