Erm... Nemesis is, or at least WAS a man, so his creator would either be his mother, or God, depending on how you look at it. There are a lot of interesting things about Lord Nemesis, I just don't see his past as one of them.

Read Web of Arachnos novel. They actually had nemesis's origins in that as well as Recluse and Statesman.

If the mystery behind Nemesis is meant to remain in shadow,i apologize for this post,but so much is not known about him,except what is given
1)He is known as the "Prussian Prince of Automations"
2)He has been alive for 180 years.
3)He has built doomsday devices,and weather control devices,and portal technologies.
..and what I have read on Paragon Wiki about the poison he spread across twenty of America's largest cities,and him being sworn in as Emporer of the America,and he,along with the Rikti Warlord Hro'Dtohz being the catalyst for the Rikti Invasion of Earth.
There just has to be more.Who created Nemesis?..Did he create himself?...He also founded a massive army to serve his every whim.What kind of speech did he give?..and much more.
I just know there has to be more
1)This TF would be in the level range of 45-50
2)It would take place completely in Portal Corporation in Peregrine Island.
3)It would be time-travel of course,and it would simply illustrate the orginof Nemesis,and who his creator was,if it wasnt Nemesis himself.
If there is more,I must know..lol..Nemesis is my favorite Villain and I just need to dig deeper into his beginnings.
