So you've got a level 50 Thugs/Dark and he dies quickly? I'm not even going to ask what your slotting is, because even when working on my "No Enhancements" flashback badges, I didn't go down quickly with my Thugs/Dark. (And IIRC, I worked on "Self Debuff" and "Enemies Buffed" badges at the same time, though self debuff doesn't affect pets)
What do you do when you play? Do you know how to use Bodyguard Mode?

[/ QUOTE ]No, you need an example of what how to play should look like. If you have your pets, upgrades, and Dark Miasma powers, period, you shouldn't be faceplanting frequently, regardless of what your slotting is.
Try using your Fearsome Stare, for starters. It will prevent foes from attacking more frequently than once every 5 seconds, and when they do attack they'll be significantly debuffed.

From that I would add that you can set your Bruiser and Enforcers as Aggressive Goto and send them to just the other side of a spawn. The enforcers keep the defense of the bruiser up while you ease in close to use DN, Fear, etc with the minions in body-guard. I really only use that tactic when I'm worried about getting mezzed, otherwise I just tankermind the alpha if there even is an alpha given all the dark debuffs.
You should be able to adapt the below reference builds (stolen from various places on these forums) to your own sets and needs.

I am looking for suggestions on my build. As far as power choices up to patron powers and how i should slott him and wat to focus on as far as set bonuses go... he is already 50 but he goes down like a ****** on payday. PLEASE HELP
