Usually, it only takes *one* person going for Field Crafter to produce results like that.
There may be some other reason for the shortages- Uncommons are [still?] crazy, and you can get field crafter without a single uncommon piece of salvage.
I blame AE farming, but I have nothing that even resembles proof.

It seems that this week the price of materials for Common IO's has gone up by a factor of 5 and the going price for the Enhancements has been cut in half.
Lots of people decided on earning their badges? Or is this a somewhat normal fluctuation in the market?
