Staminless Elec/elect brute

It would help if you would post your build to see what attacks you took. Elec/Elec brutes can eat through endurance pretty quickly, depending on your attack chain. Also information like how many defensive toggles are being planned (the 3 of the set, and tough/weave?). If you run lightning field as well, you will be eating through endurance.

Chain Induction and Ball Lightning both consume a lot of endurance. Ball Lightning is just expensive, and Chain Induction is an attack you can spam pretty quickly, so that endurance gets spent quickly.

semi-hyjack I was planning on playing my baby Elec/Elc Brute... can you slot attacks for endurance drain? Since we bascially just need ACC?

Can you count on the Endurance drain?

Any /elec Brute can go Staminaless past 35, when you get Power Sink slotted up well. Before that, if you choose not to respec into a Staminaless build, have blues handy and slot for lots of end redux. Fit in recovery bonuses wherever you can; remember that low level Impervium Armour and Steadfast Protection give recov bonuses for just 2 pieces, and as low levels are not horribly expensive or take expensive rare salvage. (Plus 4 slotting @25ish will do you fine.)

You will have to learn to use Power Sink more proactively on a Staminaless build, and for a while pay close attention to your attack chain so you know when the best time to use it without dropping your toggles. Once you get in the habit, however, it becomes like second nature.

End Mod in attacks do work better in PvE than PvP. With that said, I still prefer my enemies dead, but luckily with IO sets, you can combine end mod sets with damage sets for a well-rounded set of bonuses. In particular look at combining Scirroco with Performance Shifter. I won't recommend specific sets because there is so much tweaking you can do at this point in terms of what exactly you want to focus on.

For example, I can achieve nearly double the end drain, yet keep around 90% accuracy and 75% damage with slight benefits to recharge and endurance use. But remember, a build like that will cost a bit of infamy (I'll price it at around hmm 200 million on the current market).

Here my build. It's a respect build and is currently in lv 35.

/Elec armo prove to be a pain... It froce me to pick Aid self and fighting pool. The set bonus are aim to gain melee def without gimping myself. If i could drop Fitness i would pick Waeve,Super Speed, and Conserve power.I personally hate fitness b/c it force me to pick 2 power i don't want for one that I need.

It excludes the Medicine Pool, because I honestly don't think you'll need it. It does have Super Speed, Weave, and Conserve Power. It has a bit more defense and tricks overall, as well as more efficient slotting, and sacrifices very little. (Plus if you haven't implemented your above build I highly doubt you'll notice a difference.) This build assumes you don't malefactor below 35.

And you should always put Healing uniques in auto powers where possible, otherwise you have to activate the power they're in to get their benefit for 120seconds at a time.

I was like you in some ways OP. When I made my Elec/Elec brute I didn't get Stamina and thought that Conserve Power and Power Sink were enough (and with the possibility of the +end from the elec attacks).

Well I was able to lvl until 35 with no stamina...it was a long haul but once I got Power Sink it was a whole lot easier/faster to go through missions. Now I did take Aid Self and not Tough/Weave (having 2 more toggles draining my endurance without Stamina didn't feel right :P).

I will say that unless you purple out your elec/elec...uh, yeah you'll want to have Aid Self. Elec Armor is really weak against....well...almost everything from my experience. Well to be honest, it's only weak to the mobs that do smashing and/or lethal damage.... 5th Column/Council werewolves tore me up as well as quite a few other mobs/mob groups.

Now any group that did energy damage....ha! those are awesome to fight (like mayhem missions with all PPD)...energy damage is laughable so I wish there were more PPD missions throughout the game... :P

Eventually I did respec and give him Stamina...it's so much nicer with Stamina.

Good luck to you in whatever way you choose though!

That is my experience, purple boss with Smashing/Lethal attack kill me in 4 hits. Can't believe how [censored] weak /elec can be. For that reason I was building around Melee def,+hp, and force to get Aid self and tough.

If I can get all the endurance i need from Power sink/CP i will drop stamina. Why i would need it? but first I wanted to know more expirience /elec brutes opinion.

Neither of my /elec Brutes have problems dealing with the assorted cadre of enemies available at level 50. I don't tend to solo purple bosses often, however; I prefer to play on the 4th rep (more bodies for smashing). And when I feel I need it, I'm not ashamed or afraid to pop a couple inspirations to help me. My experience may differ from yours, however, as I went EM/Elec and DM/Elec. Both of them have different tricks dealing with threats. And I didn't purple out either of them. (Tho' the EM traded epic attacks for the Fighting Pool.) Neither of them have Stamina.

I'm not sure what your attack chain is, but perhaps you should consider leading with Build Up, Lightning Rod, a punch or two, Thunderstrike, then Power Sink. I do something similar with my Elec/DA Brute, and all that knockdown keeps mobs bouncing on their backs, giving me plenty of time to pop Dark Regen (if need be) or just continue wailing on them. Sure it'll take more than 2 applications to completely drain a big target with Power Sink, but one shot brings them down a whole bunch if you've well slotted for End Mod, and they can no longer use their hardest attacks. With Lightning Field you should be able to keep them drained or low, too.
