Upgrade Vista to SP2.
Newer video drivers should be available. Be sure to properly uninstall the old drivers before installing the new ones. I would recommend using DriverSweeper and following the instructions on that site to use it.
Newer audio drivers should be available.

Was I supposed to post ALL of that? That is a huge file.
Sorry if I was supposed to post it all.

Websites that offer free screensavers are as reputable as ones that want to give you free animated emoticons -- they're not. Get rid of it.
You also have a bad Logitech install going on with the same .dll being installed for start-up over and over again. Check out this thread for someone with the same problem.
See here for info on how to interpret your HijackThis report. On a 'clean machine' you really shouldn't have more than twenty lines of registry entries.

Get rid of the Kiwee toolbar. It's a ... problematic ... program, and according to their website has not been tested with Vista.
I'm seeing many pages of posts from people on other forums with this program causing problems, speed issues, extremely high bandwidth usage and other problems. It's also apparently a bit of a challenge to uninstall.
You might try some of the solutions here that have worked for others. I used this link since it gives several solutions in one thread.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
Black Pebble is my new hero.
Hey everyone!
My first time posting here. I recently got a new computer, and played CoX on it fine for a few months, then went to AoConan. During my Conan playtime I upgraded my graphics card, and have recently tried coming back to CoX.
Now when I play CoX, after 10-15 minutes my screen goes black, and it says 'city of heroes not responding'.
I have updated my drivers for my graphics card. And that didn't seem to help. But CoX ran fine before I got my new card. So I am assuming the problem is there.
I have a intel 4 quad core, 6 gigs of ram, and a Nvidia 9800 GT. With windows Vista.
I have read some of the posts in the "Vistas error and crash" Threads, but alot of that is very confusing to me bieng I am so not computer savvy... and didn't know if any applied to my problem.
Please if you have anything to offer as to what I can try, please post. And I apologize for creating a new thread if there is one already discussing a topic related to my problem.
