Okay, I worked up two slightly different builds for you, build 1 is if you're tied to Body Mastery for some reason, build 2 is if you don't mind switching into Darkness Mastery. The latter gets Hasten down to 4.5 seconds of downtime. (Build 2 in second post due to post limits)

Thank you! These do look very similar to my first attempts where I focused on recharge first. I am currently, with little success, working on getting more defense into build without sacrificing alot.
I also shored up your resists a bit more while getting you extra slots for attacks by switching them to almost pure-HamiOs. I honestly think the slotting for DR I gave you is far more vital, though, as where it was, you were completely tanking your blue bar with it. You had it at 28 end/cast, mine drops it to 17, and I found a place to move the 5% recharge bonus to, so you didn't actually lose out on it.

Mr. Cowbell, You're over slotting a few powers. DE, MC, OS, and Touch are all way over slotted. You could allocate those slots elsewhere for greater returns.
As a whole, there is nothing wrong with your current build but if you wish to add some defense, I can offer a few suggestions. My Spines/DA uses CoF so you can move those slots about elsewhere, OG I presume. I put no effort into recharge but I did manage to get 27.8% melee defense and 30% defense to ranged and AoE. To achieve this you will need to invest in Blessing of the Zephyrs and take Weave.
I don't recommend you use my build as it's not endurance friendly, but it should offer several hints on how you might adjust yours.

Thank you for your feedback. I was really watching the the endurance which is why I slotted those Armors the way I did. Previous builds had me unning out of endurance too frequently. I'll look closely at your build and see what I can learn to use in mine. Once again all thank you very much for all your advice, it means alot.
Your armors aren't the real problem with end issues. The 3 armors and OG add up to .86 end/sec. The real expenses are your damage auras and attacks.

I think the slots you have in your shields are fine,
You only need 1 slot in oppressive gloom though and use those 4 other slots in Cloak of Darkness and Weave if you pick it up.
This is the build that is going to update my old spines/dark build. Going for more defense and recharge, please critique it.
