So I've tried 3 times now doing this mission. I work my way through the yard to the Sewer entrance, free Jenkins and that's it. Mission changes to "Free 2 villains" but there's noone left in the yard, and none of the doors are clickable. What am I doing wrong?

You need to find the doors to get into the Zig. They're the same ones you exit the Zig from in the Breakout tutorial. They're all the way to the back of that map.
